Shannon Cushing is the Director of Client Experiences with Warner Group and brings a creative and energetic approach to positive client engagement.
I am delighted to be back working with James and Robyn. I have known them both for nearly two decades and admire their work ethic and natural ability to make everyone feel included. I cannot wait to continue their efforts to ensure that all clients of the Warner Group feel like part of the family, help the team navigate through both the prosperous and challenging times, and celebrate our clients as they pursue their personal and financial goals.
Before joining the Warner Group, Shannon worked in media and served as an editor for a monthly magazine and a women’s quarterly magazine. She also worked as a marketing director, facilitating and promoting large, community events.
Shannon holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and dance from Salve Regina University in Newport, R.I. She is passionate about ballet and produces and directs a yearly Nutcracker. Shannon lives in North Haven with her husband and their two children.
